Cane Bay is a quiet roadside beach on the north shore of St. Croix, known less for the sand than for what is just offshore. The Cane Bay Wall drops away a few hundred yards out, which makes this one of the easiest shore dives in the Caribbean and the reason the dive shops sit across the road. St. Croix lies south of the Anegada Passage, so the water here is the Caribbean Sea rather than the Atlantic.
